Cellular Sales Consultant

We are seeking sales consultants. This is a growth opportunity in an expanding company. If you have a proven track record in sales, excellent written and verbal skills, and are dedicated to customer service, this job may be for you.

You should be decisive, work independently, be organized and meet deadlines. Bilingual/Spanish a plus. Must be computer literate. Knowledge of EROES and Teletracker a plus.

Job Requirements

• Qualify, guide and close customers in multiple retail cellular locations selling Verizon Wireless products and services. Some outside sales may be required, must be able to travel in local area.
• Serve as a single point of contact for customers for billing, retention, equipment issues and FRU replacements.
• Maintain proficiency in all areas of the business, including billing, PDA usage, data sales, equipment issues and features.
• Keep in contact with customers, tracking key dates through our system.
• Responsible for ensuring store appearance is clean and presentable at all times. Displays and workstations must be complete, clean, well organized and always presentable.
• Compensation hourly plus commission.
• Flexible hours. Days, some evenings and weekends may be required.
• Full or part-time.
